Knee Issues

Recently I’ve been having some knee issues. Turns out I have a muscle imbalance. I’ve got strong gluteal muscles but my gluteus minimus is not firing very well. This is a common problem and can destabilize the knee. So time to rehab. This exercise should be a part of your weekly program to avoid injury.
